Alex Adam - Dip App Sc (Pod)
 Alex has been practicing in clinical podiatry for over 20years. He commenced in Western Australia where he continued his studies in functional anatomy and biomechanics at Curtin University.
Alex was the Podiatrist for several local football clubs including the early stages of The Dockers and Hawthorn and he developed treatment regimes for the prevention of injuries and the improvement of on ground performance. Alex also took care of several Olympic and Commonwealth game athletes where he developed techniques to improve stability in the lower limb thusly improving the performance of his athletes.
In 1996 he moved to Melbourne to continue his research at Melbourne University, in the structure of the mid foot and thus developed a unique technique to improve the stability of the lower limb. This technique sees the reduction of the effects of osteoarthritis in ankles, knees, hips, and lowers back.
During 1996 to 2002 Alex was the chief Podiatric consultant for Hawthorn Football Club and work closely with The Hawthorn Physiotherapy Clinic.
After completing his research Alex commenced practice in McKinnon Victoria where he runs a very busy holistic practice. Alex has developed a very extensive network of practitioners who hold similar values on patient care and so we can provide the best possible service to our clients.
